4 points pneumatic clamping fixture made for a real axle part to be used in optical measurement system.

Cross Car Beam Manual CMM Holding Fixture

This is a manually operated clamping fixture made for a CCB(Cross car beam) part to be used in CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine) Lab.

Cross Car Beam Clip-nut Assembly and Holding Fixture

This design is made for an CCB part where operator can load the part and assemble the clip nuts on it. Mid-section of the fixture is 240 degrees rotatable both manually and pneumatically to give more space for the operator for easy and ergonomic assembly. After the assembly, presence of the clip-nuts are checked optically inside optical measurement system.
