WORK 01
Rear Axle Pneumatic Holding Fixture
4 points pneumatic clamping fixture made for a real axle part to be used in optical measurement system.

WORK 02
Cross Car Beam Manual CMM Fixture
This is a manually operated clamping fixture made for a CCB(Cross car beam) part to be used in CMM(Coordinate Measuring Machine) Lab.

WORK 03
Cross Car Beam Clip-nut Assembly and Holding Fixture
This design is made for an CCB part where operator can load the part and assemble the clip nuts on it. Mid-section of the fixture is 240 degrees rotatable both manually and pneumatically to give more space for the operator for easy and ergonomic assembly. After the assembly, presence of the clip-nuts are checked optically inside optical measurement system.

WORK 04
Subframe Pneumatic Holding Fixture with Twist Function
4 points pneumatic clamping fixture made for a subframe part to be used in optical measurement system. With this fixture it is also possible to measure part’s twist, which is sometimes required by car manufacturers.

WORK 05
CCB Holding fixture with high clamping forces
This design is made for an CCB part where the customer wants to clamp the part with relatively high forces.

WORK 07
CCB Pneumatic Holding Fixture
This is one of the most basic pneumatic holding fixtures of a CCB part. It has 3 spring loaded clamping points and each clamp is designed to apply approximately 300N clamping force.
WORK 08
Sample 2D manufacturing drawings
Here I compiled a few sample 2D manufacturing drawings of fixture parts.
